A friend of mine just sent me this picture. I wish I could use this picture as part of my blog's header. Still struggling to make the blog look pretty... Long way to go I guess!

And while on the topic of pretty...I just love how colorful salsa looks! And the blessing that is -Corn , Oregano & Pepper !!! That's right you.... am on this total food and nature appreciation trip:) , so much so that I am willing to accede that cooking is actually a very magical & stimulating process ( as long as I'm cooking an informal meal ...am a crazy , bundle of nerves if it is for fellow-foodies' who know their pecorino from their cheddar !).
